Fanny’s work centers on community-based conservation, aiming to empower communities to protect their natural resources while improving their quality of life. By integrating community engagement and biodiversity conservation, Fanny has successfully promoted environmental stewardship alongside the socioeconomic well-being of local populations.
This Brown Bag is hosted by Jessica Brown, Executive Director, New England Biolabs Foundation and NEID Global Member. Jessica has been co-chairing our giving circle on community-based conservation in the global south this year.
