The Global South House at COP30

November 12-20 | Virtual

How can climate and nature finance reach the communities facing — and resisting — the climate and environmental crises safely and effectively? The Global South House is an initiative by the Alianza Socioambiental Fondos del Sur and the Rede Comuá networks, dedicated to influencing financial flows by transforming funding into a tool for socio-environmental justice for communities in the territories of the Global South. Its first edition will take place at 30th Conference of the Parties (COP30) in 2025, in partnership with the Rede de Fundos Comunitários da Amazônia Brasileira (Community Funds of the Brazilian Amazon Network) and the #ShiftThePower movement. It will foster dialogue and collective construction with key stakeholders in the fields of philanthropy, climate, and nature finance, always centering local solutions. The House will remain active across major philanthropy and funding forums — connecting ideas, people, and resources from a Global South perspective. Register and watch live here.

The global mental health crisis is one of the most urgent and complex challenges of our time.
