Power & Equity in Action

Daraja Partners is planning a two-day experiential learning journey for NEID members in Nairobi, Kenya on July 19th - 20th, ahead of the Segal Family Foundation Annual Meeting.

This trip builds on our recent programming focused on equity in philanthropy and continues conversations from last year’s Power and Equity series. The Daraja Partners team will lead the experience. Participants will co-create the agenda in advance, with opportunities to highlight and learn from the work of grant partners. 

By pairing this journey with the SFF Annual Meeting, participants will engage with a dynamic ecosystem of locally-led organizations driving innovative responses to systemic challenges across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Our goal is to create a space for thoughtful, collaborative reflection on how we can better harness our individual and collective resources at a moment that calls on us to rethink the role and promise of philanthropy. As Ina noted in this…
