To make secure payment by credit card:

1. Please complete the Sponsorship Form below

2. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the form

3. Complete the payment page when redirected

4. If sponsoring for $1,000 (for 2 tickets) you may use the donate button. If purchasing individual tickets, click here.

If paying by check:

1. Fill out Sponsorship Form below and press submit

2. You will be redirected to a payment page that you can ignore

3. Make check payable to: “NEID Global”

4. Include “UnGala Payment” in the memo line

5. Mail check to:
