Pushing our Boundaries. Expanding our horizons.
The Role of Private Philanthropy in Funding Climate Solutions

Our Linkages Series is a mini-conference format designed to spark learning and action around current issues shaping the field. Together, we bridge funder, practitioner, & network constellations.

Join us on October 23rd for a deep dive into how and where private philanthropy plays a key role in funding climate change solutions globally and hear from leaders in the global south that are shaping policy and action about the climate solutions most urgently needed in their communities.

Keynote Speakers
Vanessa Nakate will share her journey as an activist and public speaker in Africa. Africa is one of the fastest growing populations in the world and has a population predominantly under 30. How are youth leaders engaged in shaping awareness around climate solutions? How can private philanthropy support these movements?

How does private philanthropy, as opposed to governments or multi-lateral funders, invest globally in climate solutions? Where are philanthropic opportunities and where do gaps exist? Join us to learn about the new trends and resources in the sector. Helen and Una will answer these questions and more.
