DEI Vision Statement
Our community serves to advance thoughtful giving practices among philanthropists across the nation. We champion proximate voices and showcase experiences, perspectives, and approaches across the spectrum. Our network is based on a peer-to-peer learning model to support learning, partnership, connection, and acting together to build a world where everyone -- regardless of their geographic region, socioeconomic status, disability, language, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, or other defining characteristics – is valued, heard, and thrives.
RACIAL JUSTICE RESOURCES
At the Network of Engaged International Donors we commit to empowering persons of color in global philanthropy and beyond. We will not stand by as injustice plagues our society. Here are tools that you can use to put your commitment to action in the fight against systematic racism.

A Guide to Allyship
Written in May 2020 by the Black Lives Matter movement, this guide provides context, resources, and detailed ways to take action as an ally. Not only is this a document for additional resources on how to be an ally, but it provides comprehensive background and targeted actions to take to combat institutional racism in the US policing system.
